Mirvac has established a strong UK funds management and development team based in London, combining global management expertise with local market knowledge.

A first UK Fund, the City Regeneration Fund (CRF), was established in 2007 with an initial £165m gross investment mandate. This six year closed fund is targeting London and south east UK real estate redevelopment opportunities, utilising Mirvac’s regeneration skills and experience and focussed on generating investor internal rates of return in excess of 20%.

Following the CRF’s successful launch a second ‘City Regeneration Partnership II’ fund will be launched in late 2008.
